![]() We can't blame Andre Miller for being the new guy. We can't blame Brandon Roy for wanting to pick up where things finished a year ago. We can't even blame Blazers coach Nate McMillan for dabbling with so many combinations that the players look confused, especially after he lost his starting small forward late in the preseason. If Miller and Roy are still struggling to play together in December, you can start talking trade of the new guy. And if McMillan continues to dabble in a way that prevents the Blazers from finding comfort, we can begin the dialogue about whether he's the right coach to lead the team into the future. Nope they beat the Spurs. It's just gonna take some time for them to get used to each other and one of them is going to have to swallow their pride and allow the other to handle the ball more.

If their is problems with Portland, we will gladly take Roy off your hands for the chemistry man himself, Kwame Brown.

Stein: Rival Executives Suspicious That Miller Signing Will Lead to Trade In his Daily Dime column, ESPN's Marc Stein starts up the Andre Miller trade talk... ------------------------ • 0: Andre Miller has zero starts in his first five games as a Blazer and is averaging just 25 minutes, only adding to the suspicion held by several rival executives that the Blazers signed Miller purely to make sure they acquired a tradable asset with their salary-cap space after failed free-agent bids for Hedo Turkoglu and Paul Millsap. • 39: Miller becomes eligible to be traded in 39 days, on Dec. 15, along with the rest of the league's free agents who signed this past offseason. ------------------------ I've heard other writers suggest this possibility off-the-record but this is the first time, I believe, that it's in print. As you might imagine, there's been no indication from any team source that this is a serious possibility at this point. The obvious question: Is there any demand for Andre Miller? His contract is short but he received little interest as a free agent this summer and nothing that's happened between then and now suggests his perceived value has risen. Is he even tradeable? |

I think Miller should be a good fit in portland once things get settled. Idk why alot people dont think so. imo he's the only true PG they have and by far the best.

Err Blake is a true PG he just can't get drive to the hole because he can't jump at all lol. I like the line up they are working with now. It will give Bayless 5-10 mins a game so he's not just rotting on the bench and it will allow miller and Roy to get used to each other.
