AL East Predictions

1) Boston Redsoxs
The Redsoxs look like a team that can repeat exactly what they did last year. Now they have the young rookie Jacoby Ellsbury and young Clay Buchholz. Big Papi seems like he is ready to return and put up another 40+ homeruns. The Redsoxs pitching is pretty much the same great pitching they had last year. They look like another champiochip caliber team.
2) New York Yankees

The New York Yankees look like another one of those teams who have a huge chance to win it all. Their lineup is so deep and a pretty good pitching staff as well. Alex Rodriguez is looking to return to another monster year. Also the Yankees have developed a very young and talented pitcher, Joba Chamberlain. There is alot of hope in New York.
3) Toronto Blue Jays

The Toronto Blue Jays dont have the greatest team , but they do have talent. The Blue Jays main hitters are CF Vernon Wells , 3B Scott Rolen , and 1B Lyle Overbay. Also the Blue Jays have a great ace pitcher in Roy Holliday. It will take a lot for the Blue Jays to make a playoff run.
4) Tampa Bay Devil Rays

The Tampa Bay Devil Rays have a pretty young and talented squad. Even though the Devil Rays arn't projected to make it far at all this year, they have a lot to prove. The Devil Rays are led by Carl Crawford , Carlos Pena , and Scott Kazmir. Also youngsters Evan Longoria and B.J Upton.
5) Baltimore Orioles

The Baltimore Orioles arn't really a bad team , but they arn't a great team. They are led by Melvin Mora , Nick Markakis , and Brian Roberts. Also they have a talented pitcher in Daniel Cabrera. The Orioles arn't expected to make a big playoff run.
