Jordan Weaver of Vancouver beat out Chris Ryan from Toronto to become the first winner of the 2K Sports' Hockey Hall of Fame Tournament presented by Xbox 360. Weaver and Young were the last two players standing - out of more than 14,000 registrants - after the month long competition in September. Both were flown to Montreal in January to face of head-to-head in the final game at the Bell Centre, right before the All-Star skills contest.
