If you've had issues installing NBA 2K9 for the PC, a solution is now in place for North American residents. This solution will be downloaded automatically and seamlessly when you install your game, and no Product Key is required.
If you live outside of the US and Canada, purchased a US/Canadian PC version of NBA 2K9, and are having difficulty installing your game, please send 2K Sports Customer Service an email with the exact error message you are receiving at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive the proper product key that you will need to install the PC version of NBA 2K9 outside of the US or Canada. Your email will get answered within 48 hours (likely sooner.)
