College Hoops 2K8 Takes on NFL 2K5 in Championship of "Best Sports Game" Tournament

Back in March, the folks at Operation Sports decided to make some madness of their own, and created a 64-competitor tournament to determine the "Best Sports Game of All Time."

After much excitement, debate and banter, the tournament is down to just two games (both which happen to be from 2K Sports) as the latest installment in the College Hoops series goes head-to-head with the final release in 2Ks beloved NFL series.

To make it to the championship round, both games faced and defeated some top-notch competition. NFL 2K5 beat NHL 95, Joe Montanas Sports Talk Football, Blades of Steel, Mike Tysons Punchout and Baseball Stars to reach the championship round, while College Hoops 2K8 defeated Championship Manager, NBA 2k8, Tecmo Bowl and Super Tecmo Bowl in its long road to the finals.
